Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Salonak account and the personal data we hold with it. You do not need the app installed to start a request from this page.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open the Salonak app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and follow the steps.
Deletion may be blocked while you still have open bookings. Finish or cancel them first.
Option 2: By email (no app needed)
Email us from the address on your account. We will confirm and delete the account and associated personal data, except where we must keep records for law, tax, fraud prevention, or unresolved disputes (as described in our Privacy Policy).

- Saved addresses and preferences tied to your account
- In-app messages and support history where we are not required to retain them
What we may keep
Limited booking, payment, and dispute records may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons, for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.
